What We Inspect ?

We inspect all major areas of the home and more.

Slab/Foundation Inspection

Type of foundation, foundation functionality (cracks, sloping floors, etc)

Grading

We will be confirming condition of grading for positive drainage (no standing water at the foundation)

Electrical Inspection

Complete inspection of electrical system from the service panel, testing of outlets, switches, fixtures, etc

Heating and Air Conditioning Inspection

We assess the capacity of accessible existing HVAC equipment and perform functionality test

Plumbing Inspection

A complete inspection of visible plumbing is performed. This includes all accessible pipe lines and vents, testing of all fixtures (draining, leak test, defective materials, etc

Kitchen & Appliance Inspection

All built-in appliances are operated and deficiencies are reported.

Exterior & Interior Inspection

All accessible exterior and interior walls, windows, doors, floors and ceiling surfaces are scanned/function tested for problematic conditions to include: Evidence of water or moisture penetration, door/window stiffness, fire hazards, bowing, other visible damages, flaws, check for signs of possible foundation settlement, etc.

Roof

(if safe), will be inspected to include roof surface condition, flashing, water runoff controls and drainage, etc. Roof will be checked for possible water intrusion entry points
